How long have you been in business?
The owners of Nutech have been in the construction & roofing industry for over 30 years, and the Nutech product line has been around for over 40 years. Nutech has been available in the US for about 4 years, and Nutech Florida has been the Florida distributor since late 2011.
What is your primary product or service?
Nutech Florida offers it's primary product, NXT Coolzone, as a restoration and energy savings coating. It's primary application is for an exterior wall and roof coating. It can be applied to almost any surface, including asphalt shingles, concrete tiles, and metal. Each with their own specialty primer.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Nutech Florida formed out of a need for a better product. As long time contractors, we have tried many products over the years that don't compare to Nutech products. We first got involved with Nutech as a customer. We formed a great rapport with Nutech and eventually developed that into the official Florida distributorship.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
In addition to being a customer, I also frequent & work most of the trade shows around the state. I have come across many other products & professionals over the years & talk to them about their experiences. In almost every instance, Nutech can remedy all of their typical problems, such as fading, drying time, durability, or cost, and greatly improve it. I have never come across another product that has all the benefits of Nutech coatings.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Nutech has locations all over the world. They have completed over 800,000 jobs from Australia, to Asia, to Europe, and the Americas. Nutech Florida is the exclusive distributor for the state of Florida, but we are actively looking for applicators all over the state to supplement the ones we already have.

We accept most forms of payment, including check, Visa, and Mastercard.

We currently service all of Florida, as well as parts of the Southwest US and Caribbean.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Nutech Florida's main office is run by father and son team, Brian & Jeff Lodermeier. We have a select group of expert applicators and representatives that are also very experienced with Nutech products.
What are your hours of operation?
Typically we are available m-f 8-5pm, but as contractors, we are available outside of those hours for circumstances of business.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
